1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant" or "you") and Mentafund Pte. Ltd. ("Mentafund", "we", or "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore.

By accessing our website at mentafun.live or by completing an enrolment for any of our programmes, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with enrolment or use of our website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or participation in our programmes after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Mentafund offers structured financial education programmes delivered in workshop, seminar, and advisory formats. Our current programmes include:

• Budgeting with Purpose Workshop — SGD 210, 4 weeks
• Understanding Bonds and Fixed Income — SGD 440, 5 weeks
• Women and Wealth Advisory — SGD 780, 8 weeks

Important: All Mentafund programmes are educational in nature. They are designed to improve financial knowledge and confidence. Nothing provided in any Mentafund programme, session, material, or communication constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any form of advice regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Participants should consult a licensed financial adviser for advice specific to their personal circumstances.

3. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment in a Mentafund programme is subject to availability. Completion of an enquiry or registration form does not guarantee a place. Your enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Mentafund.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. Mentafund reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration if information provided is found to be inaccurate, or if participation would, in Mentafund's reasonable assessment, be disruptive or inappropriate.

Programmes have a minimum and maximum enrolment. If a minimum is not reached, Mentafund may postpone or cancel a programme run and offer affected participants an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are as listed on our website at the time of enrolment. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Full payment is required to confirm your enrolment. Payment is accepted via the methods listed on our registration page. We do not store payment card details — card transactions are processed by our third-party payment gateway.

Mentafund reserves the right to adjust programme fees from time to time. Price changes will not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has been received.

5. Cancellation, Transfers, and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before the programme start date: Full refund, less an administrative fee of SGD 30
• 7–14 days before the programme start date: 50% refund, or a full credit transferable to another programme within 12 months
• Less than 7 days before the programme start date: No refund. A credit equivalent to the full fee may be transferred to another programme within 6 months at Mentafund's discretion
• No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): No refund or credit

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The date of receipt of the written cancellation will be used to determine the applicable policy.

Participant substitution (transferring your place to another individual) is permitted up to 48 hours before the programme start date, subject to notification and the new participant accepting these Terms.

6. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants. Mentafund reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme — without refund — if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with a constructive learning environment.

Recording of any session (audio, video, or screen capture) is not permitted without the prior written consent of Mentafund and all other participants in the session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Mentafund — including session materials, templates, reference guides, email series, presentations, and website content — is the intellectual property of Mentafund Pte. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Programme materials are provided for the personal use of enrolled participants only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, adapt, or commercially exploit any Mentafund materials without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use the Mentafund name, logo, or trademarks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and programme materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mentafund makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or programme content.

Financial markets, regulations, and instruments change over time. While we endeavour to keep our programme content current and accurate, we make no warranty that information in our materials reflects the most recent developments at any particular time.

Mentafund does not warrant that participation in any of our programmes will result in any particular outcome, financial improvement, or change in financial behaviour.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Mentafund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your participation in our programmes or your use of our website — including but not limited to any financial decisions you make following participation.

In any event, Mentafund's total liability to you shall not exceed the programme fee you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mentafund, its directors, staff, and facilitators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct during any programme.

11. Programme Changes and Cancellations by Mentafund

Mentafund reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, venue, facilitator, or content of a programme prior to commencement. Where a change is material, we will notify affected participants as soon as practicable.

If Mentafund cancels a programme prior to commencement (for reasons including but not limited to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or force majeure), participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a future programme run.

Mentafund's liability in the event of programme cancellation shall be limited to a full refund of fees paid. We shall not be responsible for any other costs incurred by participants in connection with the cancelled programme.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We would always prefer to resolve any concerns informally before legal proceedings are considered. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us directly so we can try to address it.
