Distinct in approach.
Honest about what we offer.
What makes a financial education provider worth choosing is rarely about credentials alone — it is about how they work with you.
Back to HomeWhat we bring to every programme
Vendor Independence
No financial institution sponsors or influences our content. Our only obligation is to the quality and accuracy of what we teach.
Singapore-First Content
CPF mechanics, SSBs, SRS accounts, local bond markets — our content is built around the instruments and regulations you actually encounter here.
Small Cohort Commitment
Groups of 6–12 participants mean you are never lost in a large audience. Real discussion happens, and questions get thoughtful answers.
Practitioner Educators
Our facilitators have worked within the industries they teach. The perspective they bring goes beyond textbook understanding.
Regularly Updated Curriculum
Financial conditions change. Our programmes are reviewed twice yearly so the content you receive reflects today's landscape, not last year's.
Applied, Not Abstract
Every session includes exercises tied to real scenarios. You leave with tools you can use, not just knowledge you may or may not apply.
Years of sector experience in the room with you
Rachel Lim and Daniel Tan each spent more than a decade working within Singapore's financial services industry before turning to education. This is not a credential on a website — it means that when a participant asks a question about how bonds are actually priced, or how financial planners think about risk in practice, the answer comes from lived experience.
Mentafund facilitators do not follow scripts. They know the material thoroughly enough to explore it from multiple angles and to respond thoughtfully to questions that go off the expected path.

Materials designed for continued use
Workshop participation is a starting point, not the entire journey. Each programme includes carefully designed resources that remain useful long after sessions conclude — templates you can adapt, reference materials you can return to, and structured follow-up content that reinforces key ideas.
These are not filler materials. They are developed to the same standard as session content, ensuring that what you take home from a programme continues to serve you.
Unhurried, attentive, and genuinely personal
From the initial enquiry to the final session, we aim to make the experience straightforward and considered. Small cohorts mean we have the capacity to attend to individual questions properly — before, during, and after programmes.
Participants who want to explore a topic further after their programme can arrange a follow-up conversation. We do not treat programme completion as the end of the relationship.
"We aim to respond to every enquiry within one working day — not with a template, but with a considered reply that addresses the specific question asked."
— Rachel Lim, Co-Founder
Programme Pricing
All prices inclusive of materials, resources, and follow-up content.
Transparent pricing, no hidden extras
Mentafund's fees are all-inclusive. The price listed is the price paid — no upsell after enrolment, no separate charges for materials, no premium tier for smaller groups.
For corporate groups or team bookings, we offer bespoke engagements with dedicated sessions. Please contact us to discuss arrangements.
What participants tell us they take away
We measure the impact of our programmes through post-session feedback and, where participants are willing to share, through follow-up conversations several months later. The pattern that emerges is consistent: the value is not in a certificate, but in a shift in how participants approach their own financial decisions.
Participants regularly describe feeling more confident asking questions of financial professionals, more considered in how they evaluate products, and less anxious about decisions they previously found intimidating.

What you will not find elsewhere
A dedicated women's financial advisory programme
The Women and Wealth Advisory programme is one of very few Singapore-based offerings that addresses the specific financial circumstances women encounter — career interruptions, longevity risk, single-income planning — with the depth they deserve.
Fixed-income education designed for individuals
Most retail financial education focuses on equities. Mentafund's bond and fixed-income programme fills a genuine gap — giving individual investors the vocabulary and analytical approach to engage with this asset class meaningfully.
Purpose-driven budgeting methodology
Rather than presenting standard budgeting categories, our workshop connects spending intentionally to what each participant values. This approach has a substantially higher adoption rate among participants than traditional budget frameworks.
No sales follow-up after enrolment
When you complete a Mentafund programme, you will not receive calls or emails encouraging you to purchase financial products. Our relationship ends with education, not a sales funnel.
